Depending upon your card type, there are various options on how to suspend or deactivate your cards.

If your debit card is lost or stolen you have options on how to proceed:

TURN OFF YOUR DEBIT CARD
From the Mobile App
Use the mobile banking app to turn your card off or on if you temporarily misplace your card or find a questionable transaction. Once your card is location or transaction mystery solved, you can turn your card back on.
ACTIVATE YOUR CARD
To activate you new debit card, call 866.642.0459 from your primary phone. You’ll need to verify your Social Security Number and/or date of birth, then select your PIN.
CHANGE YOUR PIN
If you know your PIN but wish to change it, call 877.265.9594 (International Cardholders — 859.488.4130)

Call Elan Financial Services to report your Visa® credit card lost or stolen.
Gift Card — 800.416.6373
Transcard Customer Services will assist with your gift card if lost or stolen.
