Bank Midwest Welcomes Chief Human Resources Officer to its Spirit Lake, IA Location

Bank Midwest is proud to announce that Mark Dykema has joined the Bank Midwest family as its Chief Human Resources Officer effective January 23, 2017.

With 27 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, the last 20 years of his career have been spent with AGCO in Jackson, Minnesota. In the fall of 2012, Dykema moved to support AGCO’s North American Commercial Operations.  In this role, he was the business partner for Field Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Support and Assembly Center operations for the USA and Canada.
