Policy details available 24×7!  View personal or business coverage details and service options when you need them most — on the go from your computer or smart phone.

Auto IDs on Demand

• View proof of insurance right on your screen
• Email it to yourself or anyone else, if you’ve lost or misplaced it

Claims

• Report your claim while the details are fresh in your mind
• Complete an online questionnaire and upload any accident photos from your phone or tablet
• View the status of your claim

Account or Policy Changes

• View your policy and account details
• Request a change to your account information
• Add, delete or modify your insurance coverage during or after normal business hours

NOTE: Any requests for changes to your policy are not effective until authorized and confirmed by a licensed representative of Bank Midwest Insurance. Confirmations will typically be communicated within 1 business day.

Set Up Digital Access

 

Get Started

Have the following information available to set up digital access:

• Email
• Phone number
• Policy number

 

Choose your device

On your computer, open the Login menu found at BankMidwest.com (see the top of this page). Click Insurance Services and the Create New Account button.

 

With your smart phone, download the Bank Midwest Mobile Insurance app from your app store. App store links are here. Click the Sign Me Up link to get started.

 

Create your online account

Enter your email, phone and policy number (no spaces or dashes) to create your account. Next, set up your password. Your email will be your username.

Note: The same username and password is used to login with your computer or mobile app.

Password Reset

If you forget or lose your password, click a link in the app to reset your password. The email will be sent from the email address: [email protected] by Bank Midwest Insurance Services. A link send in the body of the email will walk you through resetting your password.
