With Bank Midwest’s Insured Cash Sweep® (ICS) service, avoid managing multiple banks and accounts to maintain FDIC insurance coverage for deposits over $250,000. Bank Midwest places your over-insurance limit funds with the ICS service which has an accepted network of banks to keep your money safe. Use the Depositor Control Panel to view ICS account balance, interest accrued, manage transactions and view statements.

  • What is the cut-off time for making same-day withdrawals?

    Submit your withdrawal transaction manually by 11 a.m. CT for same day settlement.

  • How do I log in to the Depositor Control Panel?

    If this will be the first time you’ve accessed DCP since December 2019, create a new login and password using the following instructions. Only create a new login and password if you have not accessed DCP since the system was updated in December 2019.

    Verify Your ICS Account

    Enter the following information to verify your ICS account:

    • ICS Transaction Account Number:  10 digits include all leading 000’s
    • Last four digits of the business tax ID:  Use the tax identification number for the business owner for the ICS Account
    • Email:  Use the email that is associated with the ICS account at account opening.

    Create Login Credentials

    Once the account is verified, you will be prompted to create a new username and password for the new DCP and you can log in.

    The first time accessing DCP you’ll need to provide verification details before creating your username and password.

  • How do I view my ICS statements?

    Beginning July 1, 2020, you must log in to the ICS Depositor Control Panel (DCP) to view your monthly statements. Monthly account statements are online beginning November 2019 to present, which you can view or download (PDF).

    After logging in, click the Statements button to view a history statements online.

  • Can I receive print statements?

    Beginning July 1, 2020, Bank Midwest will not generate statements for distribution. All ICS customers are requested to log in to the Depositor Control Panel to view a history of ICS account statements which can be printed or exported/saved (PDF).

Use of the ICS service is subject to the terms, conditions, and disclosure set forth in the applicable  program agreements. Limits and customer eligibility criteria may apply. ICS program withdrawals are limited to six per month when using the ICS savings option. ICS, Insured Cash Sweep, are registered service marks of IntraFi Network, LLC.
